Work Breakdown Structure

The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) helped organize our project by breaking it down into clear, manageable tasks. It allowed us to structure all the activities. By using the WBS, we were able to plan the workflow more effectively, assign responsibilities, and track the progress of each component throughout the project.
